Chief Minister of Maharshtra Prithviraj Chauvan said that a judicial committee has been appointed to look into the issue of discretionary powers of chief ministers to allot land. The reaction comes in the wake of Sonia Gandhi's statement in which she said all land granted by chief ministers under their discretionary quota should be reviewed.
